Our story starts right here in Mallorca - with a mix of excitement, a few headaches, and a lot of paperwork.

Felix, originally from Germany, moved to the island five years ago to finish his economics degree. Even as a European, he quickly learned that getting things done - paying a multa, applying for a NIE number, or figuring out which office handles what - wasn’t exactly straightforward.

Ester, on the other hand, came all the way from Brazil. Mallorca is her home of choice, but getting there wasn’t easy. She went through every step of the process - visa applications, NIE, and all the extra hoops that come with moving from outside the EU.

After going through all of that, we both realized something simple: no one should have to figure this out alone.
